Hanging testicles
My testicles is hanging everytime ... Is their any serious problem for me?

Where proper size underwear. Not very tight not very loose.
Testicles will hang man where they will go no option for them.

If they don't hang then you should be worried.
You should consult a General Surgeon in your area who can examine you and decide if you have varicocele or not.
