Hands plam and feet sweating
My both hands palm and feet sweating when i was outside or dust particles sticks in my hand palm and feet.i need hand wash every time. Plz help me treatment is possible if yes plz tell me what can i do

It's a condition called hyperhidrosis. It is because of overactive sweat glands because of various reasons. Also common in nervous individuals. There are various options like sympathectomy surgeries which have been tried with varying degrees of success.
Nowadays we do BOTOx injections to the palms which blocks the nerves to the sweat glands and gets rid of the problem.
The only drawback is it has to be repeated every 6 months
