Hand tremors, excess appetite, dizzyness

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am 28 year old male and Active. I feel Hand tremors, excess appetite, dizzyness from last couple of days. Consulted general physician and checked for thyroid and electrolytes. Report is well with in the limit. BP is 130/90. Doctor suggested multivitamin and I m using the same. I don't feel vitamin deficiency is the cause. Kindly let me know what would be the cause.

Hello please get proper advice and get yourself examined for tremors . At 24 yrs tremors could be due to many issues and those are to be ruled out
