Hammerhoids issue
Suffering from grade 3 hammerhoids external and internal for last 10 years. Earlier also had two surgeries but again prolapsed. Not willing to go for another one. Please suggest on the same. Even it bleeds sometimes during bowel movement and pains post bowel movement. Recently using Annovate Cream, Cremagel cream, Naturolax husk powder.

Visit a surgical gastroenterologist..u need proper examination to rule out rectal prolapse that has separate treatment than piles.Nothing to worry..Rest u can continue what ur using.

I think u need to go for laser or stapler
Better to be examined by surgeon for cause of pain
