You are probably suffering from male pattern baldness or Androgenetic alopecia. It can begin very early in some people, especially if you have family members with similar problem. Dandruff is also related to early male pattern baldness. It can be treated. In a young age like yours, response to treatment is quite good. Response to treatment will depend on your grade of hairlossYou will need to use some lotions, tablets and shampoos for about 1year and then be put on some sort of maintainence treatment after that.
