I have female pattern baldness nd chronic telogen effluvium nd scalp sensation. Too much hairfall. This problem is from 2 years.

You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia or which is also called as pattern baldness. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is minoxidil. There is no other alternative. You can also go for platelet rich plasma therapy for faster results.
