I find my hair started becoming white. Its starting phase currently having 4-5 hair white. so i want to stop this

Hi.Start taking Tab Vighan CP(Calcium pantothenate +Biotin), 1 tablet daily for 1 month and apply Altris lotion (Melitane 5%),once at night (3-5 sprays).Follow this for a month and revert back.
