What you are describing is male pattern baldness . Also called Androgenetic Alopecia . Usually hard water doesn't cause this. An unhealthy lifestyle does. Plus it has a genetic component. You will need to see a dermatologist (allopathic one) please. Earlier you go the better results you get on treatment. Remember that to see results you will need time. So don't hurry or get impatient. How much hair you will get back depends on the stage of hair loss you are in. But if you go to a dermatologist when the hair loss or baldness is just beginning you'll get a better result.
