Hair thinning
Had full thick hair before. (age:21 first half)Started with itching and burning scalp when I used to do work out at gym. After few days I saw there was a drastic change in my weight..lost almost 10 kgs in 1 month. Whenever I used to comb, I could see some dry flakes coming out. This(dandruff) still happens on and off. (age:21 second half) burning stopped. Met one homeopathy doctor and took some medicines and was diagnosed with some normal hair loss. It never helped. (age:22first half) met a dermatologist and got diagnosed with MPB. He gave a lotion with some medicines. It never helped but instead made my hair look worse..got some pimples on scalp. (age:22 second half)met a family doctor. Was asked to do some blood test. VitD-8.1,vitB12-122,low iron. I was given some injections for it and it got recovered. Hair loss stopped and is still maintained. (age: 23 first half) met a dermatologist, was diagnosed with CTE. Gave some vit tablets and tugain to apply. No improvement. Please suggest

You are suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts receeding  from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. It is usually accompanied by severe dandruff which we call seborrhoea. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is the best. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised  and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects of DHT on the hair roots. Please call me or  contact me with photos using online consult option for proper examination and treatment. Do not start treatment without consulting. I can give guidance and then you can continue treatment on your own
