Hair thinning and loss
My hair has become so much thin and nt sure abt hair loss but also can see being slightly bald from center of head. Can it be stopped and I can cover the portion which is seen as I am almost gonna go bald? As it's very early stage. And is it possible for thick hair anf regrowth of loss hair?

I can understand your concern.
Yes if it is there then it can be stopped. And for some extent can be reversed also.
But get it looked at by a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.
