Iam doing waxing monthly to remove upperlip hair, how many times i have done but upper lip hair growth will not stop why? waxed area was black also why? please answer this 2 questions

Hair growth is a continuous process. Waxing does not destroy the roots. Repeated waxing can cause darkening.
