Hello! Yes you should go for a permethrin 1% lotion.Apply it and keep for 10 min and rinse and shampoo but no conditioner .Dont wash hair for 2 days. If its effective then reapply after 10 days.

Next Steps

Get your baby checked for the same because you might be having it from the baby or if not then the baby is at risk of having it.
