Hair loss - vitamin def
Hi, I am suffering from severe hair loss. I have consulted doctor and he advices me to take certain tests like, thyroid, diabeties , vitamin b12 and Vitamin d3. All of my tests were ok however vitamin b12 and D3 levels are very low. I have two questions: 1. I was planning to go under prp before getting these tests. But not since i know b12 and d3 is low, is it still beneficial to go under prp or is it better to only focus on treatment of b12 and d3 deficiency 2. If i go under prp, will i get good results

Greetings. Yes it's important to continue supplementation of the deficient vitamins. However it's also important to boost hair growth by stimulating the hair follicles with prp and Microneedling. It's indeed a great form of therapy for hair loss with many of my patients Seeing tremendous improvement in hair loss and balding. Some patients dont show very great results but definitely even they have improved from what they started off with. At least that's what my experience with my patients says. New research on prp had also showed encouraging results. Further queries may be sent on follow up messaging. Warm regards.
