Hair loss(male pattern)
Sir, I have been experiencing some hair loss on top of my scalp. It very much looks like male pattern. I have a family background history of hair loss...(my father)..my age is only 20...I'm at the very beginning stage of hair loss.... I don't want to use chemical drugs like minoxidil or finasteride..I want to use natural supplements like saw palmetto or nettle roots....So my question is that is my decision of taking saw palmetto or nettle roots good or not? Should I take it?

You are suffering from androgenic alopecia or which is also called as pattern baldness. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is minoxidil and finesteride. There is no other alternative and usually they don't have side effects. Saw palmito may not be as effective as finesteride. I have prescribed it to many patients safely. You can also go for platelet rich plasma therapy for faster results. Please consult me with photos or a nearby Dermatologist for proper examination and treatment.
