Greetings. There are certain things that you have not mentioned - how old you are and what grrade of baldness do you have? have you been seen by a qualified dermatologist and has he prescribed minoxidil to you. Its important that you understand what exactly is male pattern baldness and realise that using minoxidil is about increasing hair density / thickness and also reversing miniaturization to some extent - however continuous use is needed for maintenace of results. Male pattern baldness may spontaneously stabilise for a few years or may be progressive. PRP therapy is also a good form of treatment to treat male pattern hair loss
