Hair loss due to Manstrubation
I have been doing manstrubation long since I was in 9th and now I am 24. Still I manstrubate twice a week, with no maturity and control over getting lost all the vitamins & minerals due to watching extremely hilarious porn videos. In recent years I have lost all the brightness, sharpness and hair. It saddens me even after trying to deviate my mind to other activities I have always focused on woman's breasts and vaginas, with eagerness to have a pleasurable sex. I have been suffering with this absolutely hopeless activity and losing time to set my career up. I have an absolutely perfect family in my life, my parents have pampered me with all good things but I have made my life miserable. My lower back aches, my head is unable to focus, sometimes a little pain at my left part (liver) post manstrubation, temple of my hair head is lost. My parents to have a less and thin hair on head. My father tells me when you were born, you looked like a bear with too much hair everyone was shocked.Help

There is no relation between masturbation and hair loss. There is no loss of vitamins and minerals due to masturbation. You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia or which is also called as pattern baldness. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is minoxidil and finesteride tablets. There is no other alternative. No oil or cream works will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised  and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects on the hair roots. You can also consider platelet rich plasma therapy for faster results. Please consult me with photos for proper examination and treatment.
