Does an intake of 5g of creatine monohydrate everyday as a pre workout supplement increase the rate of hair loss

Hi. Greetings. It may be tough to comment whether just intake out creatine would increase hair fall/ but chances do exist in persons predisposed to alopecia . it's not the creatine itself but any hormonal components that may be added to the same. So be careful. See a qualified nutritionist and not just gym trainers before you take such supplements.
