Hair loss ans scalp itchi
In 2014 I got severe hair loss in July.firstly there was severe itching on middle back of my head.doctor consulted minoxidil and hair 4 u lotion.for 3 months.results were good.my lost hair were back.again in 2015 I suffered from the same problem.I took minoxidil for 1 month.my hair fall was controlled but I still had not regain my lost hair.I lost my hair mainly from middle back hair line of my head.my hair are very thin on that part.In 2013 I was suffered from skin fungal infection.I took medications for it till 2014 Feb.I don't know if there will b any connection.I had cyst in my ovary but now it is cleared but I have polycystic ovaries.is there any connection from these with my hair loss.I dont have any other medical issues.what should I do.plzz help

Hi. Greetings. If hair fall is continuous, you shall continue minoxidil for longer durations under dermatologists guidance. Rule out any thyroid problem or anaemia. Poly cystic ovarian syndrome can cause hair fall. So control of pcos is necessary. Lose weight if you r obese or over weight. Eat a diet rich in fruits n veggies . hope this helps. Warm regards.
