Hair loss and itchy scalp
For the last 3 months I have noticed hair fall and slight thinning on top of my head. Also my scalp has been developing itchy  bumps and dandruff.

It's because of excess dandruff. Use Nizral 2% ketoconazole  shampoo every alternate day till your dandruff problem resolves ok Don't use oil until your dandruff gets cleared ok. Take bath regularly.
