Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have encountered male pattern baldness from past 5 years and I'm slowly losing my hairs. I've no family history of male pattern baldness. I've no thyroid issues and health is good. But I used to masturbate excessively since my puberty and I knew this might be the major reason. I've taken serious decision and practising abstinence from past 2 weeks. So is there a chance of regrowing of my hairs back. Currently I've lost 50% of hair on my crown area.
