Hair have gone thin, they are falliing
I have way too thin hair and I am losing my strands day by day. It has gone serious now. I need big time help. I want my long volumicious hair back. The moment I wave my hand into my hair, I get 20-40 strands everytime. Pls pls pls help how can I stop hairfall, regrow them and make them thick. I got them dyed few months back(not global) just at the below.

There are many reasons for hair fall. So first and foremost we have to find the cause with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes are nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia or patterned baldness, hypothyroidism, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Oils or shampoos do not have any effect on hair growth as they are not absorbed in the skin. If you want you can send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment. Have you done any blood investigations for your hair fall. First you need to do investigations to find is there any reason for hair fall.
