Asked for Male, 23 Years

Hi. I am 23 years old male. I have small patches on my head where the hair has turned grey. It's due to 'Early Vitiligo' skin disease that happened to me 4 years ago and the skin that turned white has developed white hair. My doctor has advised me to use Altris gel to treat the white hair. I wish to ask that is the hair color restoration property of Altris gel permanent or will it reverse my hair back again to gray if I stop using it?
