I have been recommended to use Kansal-ds lotion (topical anti fungal) how do I use it can you please tell me the direction of use and also do I need to use a shampoo

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

Just use anti fungal shampoos like ketoconazole and zinc pyrithione based shampoos weekly thrice. You don't need kansel ds lotion.
