For dandruff use Novale ct shampoo twice weekly and get HB,CBC,Vit.D3, tests done and send the reports along with pictures of scalp from front,top and both sides for hairfall treatment. Send picture showing pimples too so that I can help you with proper advice.Regards,Dr. Jeetendra Khatuja.
