Ideally visit an allopathic dermatologist and first understand the reason behind your hair fall. Logically you tried to correct your hemoglobin but it hasn't worked. Also, there are multiple reasons for hair fall(thyroid, androgen imbalances , insulin resistance ). And your hair fall could be physiological (less than 100: seasonal shedding) or you could be experiencing Telogen effluvium or anagen effluvium ... yes ,there are a wide number of reasons for hair fall. Dandruff too can cause a bit of hair fall at times. It is difficult to know without a physical examination . Health Tips
If procedures are suggested do understand the pros and cons of the procedure . Hair care is a process and there is no 'permanent ' or quick fix solution to it. (beware if anyone makes such a claim ).
