Hair fall started after coming to Kolkata and tonsill problem from 1 year .i don't know what should I do now as I don't have enough money to get proper treatment

Take Asthiposhak vati one tab twice a day. tab septilin two tab thrice a day for one month   Apply amla powder paste over scalp 15 min before bath
