Hair fall post pregnancy

Asked for Female, 35 Years

Hi I'm 35 y/o from Varanasi. Had a baby girl in October 2018. Now experiencing severe hair fall. Every time I comb or oil or shampoo my hair I lose a bunch of hair. Have started taking multivitamins and biotin supplements. Still no help. Kindly advise. Have tried minoxidil topical solution before(pregnancy). That didn't help either. Made my dandruff worse. Need help. Thanks
