Hair fall & dandruff
There is some kind of white fungus or dandruff in my head scalp due to which i am having a serious hair fall, i thought that shaving my head will pet it go but after i shaved but its still the same thing there with white kind of patches all around my head which embarrasses me.

I understand your frustration. But you will need to visit an allopathic dermatologist. It seems by your complaint that you most probably have severe seborrhoeic dermatitis of the scalp (dandruff ) which will need prescription medicines. What you need to know is that it is treatable but it's a tendency and it recurs. Once you get it treated, ask the dermatologist to guide you on how to maintain the scalp and prevent it.
