Hair fall & dandruff
There is some kind of white fungus or dandruff in my head scalp due to which i am having a serious hair fall, i thought that shaving my head will pet it go but after i shaved but its still the same thing there with white kind of patches all around my head which embarrasses me.

I understand your frustration. But you will need to visit an allopathic dermatologist. It seems by your complaint that you most probably have severe seborrhoeic dermatitis of the scalp (dandruff ) which will need prescription medicines. What you need to know is that it is treatable but it's a tendency and it recurs. Once you get it treated, ask the dermatologist to guide you on how to maintain the scalp and prevent it. Avoid shaving head in the future. It doesn't work. Similarly, avoid head massages and going to spas and salons and hair clinics (chain of clinics).
