It's probably because of the hyperactive sebaceous glands under the effect of hormones. Various scalp treatment can reduce that.

Hi.. at 19 this is a very common problem. Dont worry. Some people have oily scalp . Use a clarifying shampoo once a week to ckear the build ups. You may use a mild shampoo such as Mildy shampoo every alternate day. Do not use any hair oil. Avoid hair spa / head massage as it would aggravate the condition. If your hair ends are dry you may want to use a conditioner only at the tips of your hair and never on scalp
Next Steps
Thinning hair needs to be evaluated clinically . There may be various causes which is leading to hair loss.
Health Tips
Drink plenty of water and increase your intake of green keafy vegetables.  you can take supplements for strengthening your hair such as Tab. VB7 hair or Tab. Follihair new once daily  (on consultation with your doctor )
