Hair fall and dandruff
For over a year now since moving to pune i have noticed a regular hair fall, especially while oiling(15-20 strands), shampoo(minimum 10 hair stands). I consulted three diffrent doctors, but the medication they gave me didnt worked much. I tried home remedies of egg, oil, lemon etc, but they had temporary effect which didnt last long. Although i havent noticed any receding hair line nor any bald patches but i feel the density is little less. I always keep check on my diet with eggs, peanut butter, banana, apple, oats, rice, pulses, veggies on daily basis. I have been exercising regularly as well. I have researched alot on hair fall solution and came up w Lith two questions for you. 1. Dandruff has been a constant issue for me how can i control it . Also I have dry skin. What should i be eating to keep my skin moisturised as i often forget to apply moisturiser? 2.None in my family is bald, so does my hairfall signifies that i can be bald in future or is it just temporary. Im based in pune

You are in denial, it is not necessary to have family history of male pattern baldness. You are suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts refeeding  from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. This may also be accompanied by severe dandruff. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is a lotion and tablets. There is no other alternative. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised  and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects on the hair roots. Please call me or  contact me with photos using online consult option for proper examination and treatment. Do not start treatment without consulting. I can give guidance and then you can continue treatment on your own.,
