I have a small bald spot (diameter~2 cm) because of an oil accident when I was a little kid. The hair never grew back there. I can easily cover the spot by styling my hair a certain way. However, I was wondering if there are any new treatments/ advances in the area that I can go for. I remember my parents took me to a couple of docs when I was a kid but none of the treatments worked and we eventually gave up. The bald spot doesn't really bother me but I can't really do many hairstyles. Is stem cell therapy worth it. Or can hair extensions help cover the spot.
