Does combing wet hair cause more hairfall and splitends? I have a problem of extreme level of hair falling and splitends.

You are right . Allow your hair to dry well before you comb and use conditioner after shampoo . Get your hair trimmed regularly . Eat green leafy vegetables dry fruits and consume milk and milk products as well.
