Recovery takes about 2 to 3 weeks...Surgery usually cures a hemorrhoid and there will no need of sitz bath....But the long-term success of hemorrhoid surgery depends a lot on how well you are able to change your daily bowel habits to avoid constipation and straining. About 5 out of 100 people have hemorrhoids come back after surgery...Consult your surgeon discuss in detail about your issues they will guide you further.
