It is Iron deficiency anemia...need to take iron rich foods like dates,spinach, pome, mutton liver etc... Blood transfusion is necessary...Needed detailed investigation if the heamoglobin level drops

Hb level of 5.9 , you should take it seriously.No doubt you needed blood transfusion.There must be a reason for it .
