Haemoglobin constantly at 18 units
My haemoglobin remains at constant 18 units from last 3 years. I neither smoke/drink, nor live at higher altitudes. Please suggest what should be the next step.

Hi, You should consult a physician and get yourself evaluated. You are maintaining around upper  normal range of haemoglobin. But in case there are problems due to it then you need to undergo few tests like bone marrow aspiration and biopsy, etc
