Had high tsh, low iron
My tsh was 7.66 in aug...and iron was low..51.6 ug/dl and iron saturation was 18%. I had severe muscle ache and felt lethargic that time...but within 15 days i had another tsh test and it was 2.1 without taking any medicine...so i just took some medicine for my gut issues and ignored thyroid medication..but i still feel tired and have severe body ache...could hypothyroidism be causing it or low iron? But my hemoglobin is normal...13.6 ...is it possible that my tsh became normal in 15 days without Medicine or report could be wrong? Please help as its affecting my daily life...and everyone just keeps saying you should move a bit...i tried and its not helping

Likely low iron. And possibly other vitamin deficiencies. Report can change if not the same lab used.
