Had ++ albumin in urine

Asked for Male, 51 Years

My father has fever more than 100 all time. We did several test then get to know about the infection.it is in urine and it has ++ albumin.my father is suffering from lot of weakness and it reduces his weight approx 5-6 kg. Its been a month and he is taking medicine but has no effect. Can you suggest something asap? Thankyou in advance
