Had abortion at 13 weeks
I have conceived after 8 months of my marriage , me and my husband are not relatives .I do not have any kind of health issues.In the 3rd month of pregnancy I went for nt scan and the doctors told me that baby is having multiple deformation in spine and limbs. So doctors suggested to do abortion . After that in torch titer test I got rubella igG , CMV igG, HSV igm positive. In my childhood at 13 yrs I have taken rubella vaccine. I want to know the reason how I got infected with this virus, and next what precautions can I take to avoid this in my next pregnancy.

Rubella IgG and CMV IgG positive indicate you are already immune. And nothing wrong in report.
But Hsv IGM positive indicate recent infection which can cause anomalous baby. Ask husband to do HSV IgM test. As it is transmitted sexually. And take the treatment accordingly.
Next Steps
Start folic acid tablet daily once. Continue till you become pregnant.
