My sister have frequently urination .and recently period bleeding heavily,and UGS report show than 4.4 x 4.1 cm uterus fibroid.its measure 11.2 x 8.5 x 8.6 cm. How much it dangerous ?? Any problem of getting marriage or pregnancy? It's need to operation ??

4 cms fibroid causing bleeding issue needs treatment
She can try few medical treatment, if not subsided by thag, then needs surgery done
