Gyning problem
Double marker test report of my wife is negative but papa A value is  0.38, will it be a prob in future. The detailed report is attached.

Double marker is no longer advocated due to low sensitivity to detect. Now a days quadruple marker test is being done, atleast triple marker is minimum required. PAPP A alone is not sufficient but here the value is significant. So better get a complete checkup done and consult your Obstetrician.
