I have gynecomastia means i have puffy nipples. So what to do to get rid of it . I am going to gym from 6 months to build overall chest to get rid of puffy nipples. But still i have puffy nipples

Hi, there are many causes. Most common is hormonal imbalance which cause gynecomastia. So get the hormones tested.
