How accurate are transvaginal measurements of ovaries and cysts especially if read by different people.I am trying to calculate how fast a dermoid cyst is going to grow.

If you have a dermoid cyst of ovary,it should be removed even if it is small and it remains the same in size. It is a teratoma ,a tumour
