My LMP was on 10th of sept. But after that there is no sign of periods till date. I opted for TVS ultrasound in which 3mm Gestational sac was shown. After that I got beta HCG test done in which level was 1.9. Urine test is also negative. Is this a sign of pregnancy or what?
