I have noticed 3 small diffused swellings in my vaginal area one day ago.they are painless and non-itchy.though the one at the inner surface of labia minora has become reddish and slight irritational this morning.there are no other symptoms.

Hi there....the vaginal swellings can indicate a number of diseases like bartholins cyst, inclusion cysts, herpes, chancroid. Any associated discharge from the lesions, it's consistency will have to be looked at. If there's any pain you can try sitz bath - sitting a bathtub filled with warm water, few times a day. Consult a gynecologist for further evaluation.
