Gynaecomastea
Hello,
I have gynaecomastea since 2012, it is not severe and only nipples are puffy and loose skin. Taking multivitamins, please suggest medication.

Hi you having puffy nipples and it will not go by medications. You have under go liposuction or just small panus excision, can be done as office procedure under local anaesthesia depending on your condition. I think this will help you out t make decision. Hi. Greetings . there are no medicines to reduce gynaecomastia or puffy nipples. It's either corrected by liposuction or surgery. If fatty tissue is more then even cryo lipolysis can be tried.See a qualified plastic surgeon or a dermatologist who performs these procedures. Hope this helps. Warm regards. Dr Govind Suresh Mittal.
