What is the actual difference between "Sysfol Activ" and "Sysfol 5mg folic acid tablets" ? Is Sysfol Activ not a folic acid tablet? Is it safe to have used Sysfol Activ for about ten months since planning conception but not been successful yet? Is it safe to use "Sysfol Activ" till conception?

Sysfol activ contains vitamin B12 and a few more vitamins besides folic acid while sysfol 5 mg contains folic acid only Sysfol activ is usually safe to use
