I am 28 years old women with PCOD from 2years. My period never came without medicine in past 2 years,last month June 2021 I got to know I am pregnant and my last period date was 14th May 2021.... I have Scan on 20 July 2021 by the baby does not have any heart beat report shows there is embryo and yolk sac seen... MSD 2.6cm ...... did I had a missed abortion or will there a chance of seeing the heart beat in other few weeks ???? Please guide
