I understand your feeling and also your condition.
This is urinary tract infection you are facing now. It will nit affect your pregnancy if you maintain hygiene and also you need to get treated for that or else there are chances of your infection getting higher. But treating UTI during uterine of pregnancy is a task because the medication that which you will be given with should not effect the baby of yours. Just consult a gyne and seek her help.
