Hiii doctor it's jyoti from Slg...My wife underwent laproscopic myomectomy on Dec 2018.We r married for 3 and half years.For the past 2 years we gone through a fertility course but unable to concieve till date....now we r not taking any medicines...we consulted online and found that all my reports are normal except my wife  left fallopian tube is blocked there are no period issues....also we tried regularly but no result...my semen test, testesterone are normal...we r really frustrated and need urgent help from ur side....Our doctor assured us that there is no problem in natural pregnancy if not then iui....we r not in a position to do ivf at this stage....we have taken a decision and r going for iui...is it possible to achieve natural pregnancy or iui at this stage ...my wife age   is 31 and mine 34...

If all reports are normal, and only on tube is blocked then ovulation induction with follicular monitoring followed by IUI can be tried for 3-6 cycles

Yes it is possible...even with iui also the successful cases are really high..do not worry about single tube blockage..other tube is sufficient for conception..u can go for it atleast iui will be better..
