Gynae problem. Suggest what should i do!

Trying for baby since march 2020 still no result. I was on medication letoval 2.5 mg twice daily and duphaston10 for 4 months . I had my folliculometry twice should development of follicle to 20 mm after which i was injected hcg 5000 ui . But no out come. I had hsg perfectly patent fallopian tubes. uterus condition all right as per usg and hsg no filling defect. I had clomid 50 twice this month with folliculometry follicle develop to 20 mm on 14 th day after which had hcg injection. My amh is 1.78 and i am having ovigyn dsr. Also my hisbands reports are fine. I take eltroxin 75 daily and stamlo 5 twice daily for pressure. I have folvit daily. Can any one suggest what can be the cause of not being able to get pregnant. Please suggest what should i do
